At OZiva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your OZiva account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
